Azure Blob Storage Connector Service Description

Azure Blob Storage is a cloud-based storage service provided by Microsoft Azure. It’s designed to store large amounts of unstructured data—such as text or binary data—easily and efficiently.

Azure Blob Storage Sender

  • Container Name: The blob container name.
  • Azure Credential: Azure credentials refer to the authentication information used to perform data transfers using Azure Storage Blob Service. The name of a previously defined credential is provided.
  • Account Name: Azure account name to be used for authentication with azure blob services.
  • Blob Name: The blob name, to consume specific blob from a container.
  • Scheduler – Cron: This variable allows determining the working interval and frequency of the defined Azure Storage Blob Service (Sender) service in Cron format. Cron is used to schedule tasks to run at specific intervals or on specific dates and times.

Azure Blob Storage Receiver

  • Azure Credential: Azure credentials refer to the authentication information used to perform data transfers using Azure Storage Blob Service. The name of a previously defined credential is provided.
  • Account Name: Azure account name to be used for authentication with azure blob services.
  • Blob Name: The blob name, to consume specific blob from a container.
  • Blob Type: The blob type in order to initiate the appropriate settings for each blob type. Enum values: blockblob, appendblob, pageblob
  • Maximum Size of Each Block: The maximum size of each blob.
  • Content Encoding: Content encoding specified for the blob.
